Lake Mary, FL Divorce Buyout in Florida
Since 1979 Somerset Investors Corp. Co. has been considered a leader in the residential mortgage lending business and is currently licensed in 26 states, including Florida, offering its expertise in many of the circumstances that life brings to many homeowners. In most cases Somerset has been able to provide lower payments for the spouse remaining while giving large cash outs to the other. Our Divorce Buyout Loan Specialists work with you to determine how much of a loan you need and what it will cost to refinance.Following is an example of how Divorce Buyout works:
Example: John and Jane own a house valued at $500,000, with a mortgage (or mortgages) that total $300,000. If you subtract the value from the total loan about ($500,000 - $300,000) you get the equity of the house, in this case $200,000. If John and Jane split their assets 50-50, each have $100,000 equity in the house. Therefore, if John wishes to keep the house, he would need to refinance the mortgage(s) with a total loan amount of $400,000 and use the remaining $100,000 to buy out his spouse.

No need to run from holiday meals
Lake Mary Fitness expert offers helpful advice for all levels of athletes LAKE MARY, FL (November 20, 2008) - Whether you are gearing up for a triathlon or getting ready to participate in a 5K walk, you can still enjoy the tastes of the holiday season and not ruin your training regimen. "The key is moderation," says Brian NeSmith, a triathlete, trainer, and owner of Front Running Sports in Lake Mary, Florida. "Many of the popular dishes on the holiday table are actually full of protein and carbohydrates that you need to boost energy for training." NeSmith and the fitness experts at Front Running Sports offer the following tips for athletes, beginners to hard-core: * The protein in turkey and the healthy carbs in vegetables and side dishes can be good energy boosters; but be careful about casseroles made with butter and creams. Less is more with those temptations. * Try to fit in time for walks after meals or even a short run if you're going to be traveling during the holidays. This can be a good head start for beginners who may otherwise wait until after New Year's to start work on their fitness goals. * Don't stress out if your training schedule is disrupted a bit. The holidays are meant for enjoying family and friends and you can quickly get back on track when the normal routine resumes. * Most importantly, make sure you're outfitted correctly. Put good shoes and fitness apparel on your holiday wish list so that you have the right gear to avoid injury. "It is critical to have the proper products for the most effective and injury-free training and competition," says NeSmith. "Discomfort or an injury caused by ill-fitting shoes, for example, can completely disrupt your goals."
