GA FHA Loans in Georgia

FHA loans differ from conventional loans in a number of ways. The down payment required for an FHA-insured loan is usually much lower than for conventional loans. FHA loans also have lower credit requirements than conventional loans, making them more available to a wider range of potential homebuyers.

FHA loans offer GA residents several other valuable benefits, not least of which is those aforementioned smaller down payments. Unlike a conventional loan, which ordinarily requires 10-20% down, FHA-insured loans only require down payments as low as 3-5%. The FHA is also more flexible in calculating factors to determine whether or not to approve the loan, factors such as household income and repayment ratios.

You may not have heard of Dr. Mark Dean. And you aren't alone. But almost everything in your life has been affected by his work.

See, Dr. Mark Dean is a Ph.D. From Stanford University. He is in the National Hall of Inventors. He has more than 30 patents pending. He is a vice president with IBM. Oh, yeah. And he is also the architect of the modern-day personal computer. Dr. Dean holds three of the original nine patents on the computer that all PCs are based upon. So how is! It that we can celebrate the 20th anniversary of the IBM personal computer without reading or hearing a single word about him? Given all of the pressure mass media are under about negative portrayals of Afric an Americans on television and in print, you would think it

Would be a slam dunk to highlight someone like Dr. Dean.

Plea Rejected In Dog Sex Case

Plea Rejected In Dog Sex Case Oklahoma couple set for arraignment on crimes against nature charges

AUGUST 8--An Oklahoma woman facing arraignment Monday on charges that she engaged in lewd acts with dogs rejected a plea in the case after learning that she would have to register as a sex offender.

Diane Whalen, 55, and her boyfriend were arrested in late-June after Whalen's son discovered explicit videos in his mother's home and turned them over to Tulsa cops. A District Court affidavit, a copy of which you'll find below, shockingly details what Whalen is alleged to have done with several canines.

Donald Seigfried, 55, allegedly filmed Whalen during these acts. According to the affidavit, Whalen sought to sell the obscene videos--with titles like "Buddy" and "Lucky"--online.

Whalen and Seigfried, pictured in the mug shots at right, this week waived a preliminary hearing and are each scheduled for an August 11 arraignment on two felony counts of crimes against nature. For more info(warning) visit

Feds Seize Cocaine Jesus

Man busted after dog sniffs drug in statue at Texas border crossing

MAY 29--Meet Cocaine Jesus. Federal agents last week arrested a Mexican national for allegedly paying a woman to smuggle into the U.S. a statue that was made of a dried cocaine paste.

The carefully painted religious icon, pictured below, weighed about six pounds and would have had a street value of about $30,000.

The statue was confiscated at a Texas border crossing after a drug-sniffing dog alerted to it during an inspection of a vehicle driven by a Mexican woman. The woman later told agents that she was paid $80 by a man who wanted the statue delivered to him at a Laredo bus station.

The man, Bernardino Garcia-Cordova, was arrested when the apparently unwitting female mule identified him for investigators, according to a felony cocaine distribution complaint filed May 27 in U.S. District Court in Laredo.

When questioned by agents, the 61-year-old Garcia-Cordova, who is a legal permanent U.S. resident, initially acknowledged that Cocaine Jesus was his, but then claimed he was only helping to smuggle the statue on the behalf of a man known only by the nickname "La Arana," or The Spider.

Cocaine Jesus, he claimed, was supposed to be delivered to The Spider in Dallas.

Sex For A $100.00 Gas Card
Police: Kentucky john paid prostitute with $100 fuel card

JULY 2--A Kentucky woman is facing prostitution charges for allegedly trading sex for gasoline. Angela Eversole, 34, was nabbed last weekend during a police stakeout at a Days Inn, where she allegedly trysted with customer Kenneth Nowak.

According to court records, Nowak admitted paying for Eversole's services, in part, with a $100 Speedway gas card.

Eversole was hit with a prostitution rap and also charged with doing business without an occupational license. Nowak was charged with promoting prostitution.

Eversole and Nowak are pictured below in mug shots snapped following their June 27 arrests.

A local prosecutor noted that it was sad to see someone selling their body for gas, in this case about 25 gallons worth.
