Acra, NY FHA Loans in New York
FHA loans differ from conventional loans in a number of ways. The down payment required for an FHA-insured loan is usually much lower than for conventional loans. FHA loans also have lower credit requirements than conventional loans, making them more available to a wider range of potential homebuyers.
FHA loans offer Acra, NY residents several other valuable benefits, not least of which is those aforementioned smaller down payments. Unlike a conventional loan, which ordinarily requires 10-20% down, FHA-insured loans only require down payments as low as 3-5%. The FHA is also more flexible in calculating factors to determine whether or not to approve the loan, factors such as household income and repayment ratios.

AP Executive Morning Briefing
The top business news from The Associated Press for the morning of Friday, Sept. 5, 2008: Asian markets plunge after Wall Street sell-off TOKYO (AP) _ Asian stock markets plunged Friday after more bad news on the U.S. economy, a vital export market, triggered a broad sell-off on Wall Street overnight. Disappointing reports on U.S. retail sales and jobless claims undercut hopes for a late-year recovery in the U.S. and depressed investor sentiment across Asia. In Japan, the benchmark Nikkei 225 index closed down 2.75 percent at 12,212.23. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index tumbled 3.1 percent to 19,752.65, dropping below the key psychological level of 20,000 to its lowest point in more than a year. Markets in mainland China, India, Australia and Singapore were also down more than 2 percent.

Furry, feathery, retro
Furry, feathery, retro Rachel Sutherland, Style Editor Only a few days removed from the craziness that was my first trip to Fashion Week in New York, I'm eager to share a glimpse of what we'll be wearing in six months. The frantic pace of last week nearly scrambled my brain (more than 100 events were scheduled during the eight 'official' days): Shows were scheduled on the hour between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., some at Bryant Park, some off-site, some with conflicting times and at least one managed to start early by industry standards (yes, I'm talking to you, Marc Jacobs), throwing the fashionistas into a tizzy, myself included. Brides can seamlessly incorporate some blue into their look

If it looks like true blue on, it will look really blue in a photograph." NEW YORK- Brides probably don't know exactly why they're wearing something blue on their wedding day, but they've been doing it for so long few want to break with tradition. via WisInfo
