Clark, 32, of River Road in Corning, was charged June 13 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. *Marica Ann Vanderpool, 22, of Houghton Circle in Corning, was charged June 13 with petit larceny. *James L. Payne Jr., 23, of Carpenter Lane in Bellona, N.Y., was charged June 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
