A New York man is accused of stealing millions of dollars from his employer to pay for luxury cars, his child's education and Florida real estate. Dennis Dowd of Yorktown Heights was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with health care fraud, embezzlement and money laundering. Federal authorities say Dowd diverted funds intended for the company's employee benefits program to multiple credit card accounts under his own name.
