Lobner, 24, Mosinee, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with work release, fined $894, had her driver's license revoked for 12 months, and must undergo an alcohol assessment for drunken driving. * Jeremy J. Simonson, 31, Plainfield, was sentenced to 45 days in jail with work release, fined $1,272, had his driver's license revoked for 27 months, and must undergo an alcohol assessment for drunken driving. A charge of operating a motor vehicle after revocation was dismissed and read-in. * Jerry M. Dunn, 42, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to 75 days in jail with work release, fined $1,967, had his driver's license revoked for 30 months, and must undergo an alcohol assessment for drunken driving. * Shannon M. Lafler, 23, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which was stayed, six months probation, 10 hours of community service, and fined $98 for one count of mistreating animals and one count of providing proper food and drink to confined animals. * Kathleen M. Tuma, 59, Arkdale, was fined $511 for knowingly violating a harassment restraining order and carrying a concealed weapon. * Scott J. Straw, 24, Nekoosa, was fined $186 for operating a motor vehicle after revocation. * Shawn C. Garrison, 28, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to five days in jail with work release and fined $728 for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license. * Elliot S. Grosland, 22, Marshfield, was fined $224 for operating a motor vehicle after revocation. * Jason P. Mertens, 24, Marshfield, was sentenced to five days in jail with work release and fined $350 for operating a motor vehicle after revocation. * Crystal A. Tracy, 17, Wisconsin Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver counterfeit non-narcotic drugs. If convicted, Tracy faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 1. * Tanya L. Schmoeckel, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, pleaded not guilty to one count of physical abuse of a child. If convicted she faces up to three years and six months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 18. * Jeremy S. Pazurek, 29, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to one year of probation, any counseling deemed necessary, and fined $224 for disorderly conduct. * Tasha L. Hoople, 27, Wisconsin Rapids, pleaded not guilty to uttering a forgery. If convicted, she faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Hoople was given a $5,000 signature bond. Her next court appearance is Jan. 4. * Ramiro Ysquierdo, 49, Hancock, pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession, drunken driving, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license. If convicted, he faces up to six years and six months in prison and $16,500 in fines. A cash bond of $1,000 was ordered. His next court appearance is Jan. 18. via WisInfo
