Lato was arrested Aug. 10 following a traffic stop in Kronenwetter for speeding and Aug. 17 following a traffic stop in Rothschild, according to court records. *Narcizo Portilla-Hernandez, 25, 301 Flint Ave., Mattoon, made an initial appearance Sept. 25 on a misdemeanor charges of obstructing an officer and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. The court ordered a $500 signature bond and set a pretrial conference for Nov. 25. Portilla-Hernandez was arrested Sept. 24 after an officer stopped his vehicle in Wausau for having an expired license plate, according to court records. *Kyle J. Dorsey, 19, 350 Orbiting Drive, Mosinee made an initial appearance Sept. 25 on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. The court ordered a $500 signature bond and set a pretrial conference for Nov. 11. Dorsey was arrested April 24 after police were told he threw kitchenware on the floor and punched a hole in a wall of a Mosinee residence, according to court records. * Gerald R. Keen, 47, 1323 N. Baumann was arrested Sept. 8 after a man told police that she punched and kicked him during a dispute at a Wausau residence, according to court records. *Terry G. Weier, 49, 1540 N. Torun Road, Stevens Point, made an initial appearance Sept. 25 on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. The court ordered a $500 signature bond and set a pretrial conference for Sept. 5.
