Everyone seems to be up in arms about the recent judicial ruling halting trout planting in many waters of the state, however, I'm not too certain that most of the rulings are not somewhat justified. I am perusing through 21 pages of waters that will continue to be stocked by the DFG, and most of those are the same bodies of water over 90 percent of the people in our area fish anyway.
