An 18-year-old Austinville woman was killed during a single-vehicle accident in the Laurel community of Carroll County on Sept.

Around 10:00 pm on August 19th, 911 received a call from a neighbor next to a house at 6582 Popular Camp road in Austinville saying that there was a lot of smoke coming out from the home.
